We aim to produce wines that appeal to all palates. Our maritime climate and north facing slopes together with mild winters, ensure that our grapes are ripe and bursting with flavour when picked. The winemaker, Damon Eastaugh, has ensured that the flavour of the vineyard has shone through.

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2009

80% Estate Sauvignon Blanc 20% Estate Semillon. Pale straw in colour with a tinge of green. An easy drinking style of wine opening with a flinty nose which combines with perfumed aromas of passionfruit, kiwi, gooseberry and pear. These follow through on the palate with balanced acids to creat a fruit and herbacious crisp finish. This wine would complement seafoods and white meats. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Chenin Blanc 2009

100% Chenin Blanc. This is a semi-sweet wine that opens with a robust bouquet of tropical fruit salad. It fills the mouth with a luscious fruit salad blas of flavours, leaving hints of pineapple and passionfruit to finish.

Reserve Wooded Chardonnay 2007 Malolactic fermented in French oak barriques (25% new) for 8 months. Quite restrained bouquet with buttery and nutty oak, stone fruit and melons. A creamy lift of peaches and nectarine, followed by a lingering stone fruit, pink grapefruit and fine flint to finish.

100% Estate Shiraz. This rose is made from our shiraz grapes and it presents as a semi-sweet style. The bouquet opens with aromas of red confectionary. A palate of strawberries with hints of toffee. An aromatic and lively wine that is delicious with spicy foods.

Aged 9 months on French Oak. Aubergine in colour. Opens with spicy mulberries and mocha on the nose. On the front palate it has plums, 5 spice and chocolate-mocha, hints of nettles with toasted French oak, lively tannins and lasting savoury flavours, a gamey nuance. Medium bodies and a smooth finish. Suit medium term cellaring 5-7 years.
